This past weekend, we hosted our Christmas Market here at Slí Eile in Churchtown. After Storm Darragh, we weren’t sure if the event could go ahead, but thanks to the hard work of our volunteers, everything came together, and it was a fantastic day.
We were delighted to welcome back the Cobh Animation Team, who always bring something special to our events. Their beautiful costumes and friendly interactions added so much to the festive atmosphere. They’re a real highlight for our visitors, and we can’t thank them enough for coming along.
Santa and Mrs. Claus also made an appearance, much to the excitement of kids and adults alike. It’s always wonderful to see the joy they bring.
The market itself was packed with great local crafts and gifts for sale. A big thank you to all the vendors and the community for supporting the event and making it a success.
To everyone involved – the volunteers, the vendors, and the Cobh Animation Team – thank you for making this day so memorable. We’re already looking forward to the next one.
